Things sure suck, huh? And whats worse is that there is absolutely nothing new to be said about anything in Israel, its all been said, what remains is for things to get done...which has already been said too.
No one ever listens to the best advice. No one ever acts on the best of information...but here in Israel we make an art out of it. We avoid painful realities, subvert potential successes, and it all seems to be in order to display just how smart, tachless, liberal minded, and how even handed we are in the face of tremendous adversity to a world that hates us...so Darwinian...so Freudian...so Jewish...so hopeless.
